Founder & CEO
Robert Ford is Founder & Chief Executive Officer at FCS. Prior to his current role, he held several sales and management positions within the technology industry. Since founding FCS in 2011, Robert has been focused on business development, management and leadership roles within the organization. His experience includes, but is not limited to, leading teams at FCS focused on provider and channel development, direct sales, operations and the first of its kind, Client Enablement Portal. Robert lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter.
Chris Keojampa
President & Managing Partner
Chris Keojampa is President & Managing Partner at FCS. Prior to his current role, he held several sales and channel development positions, most notably at Cogent Communications and Time Warner Cable. Since joining FCS in 2013, Chris has been focused on channel development and direct sales. His experience includes, but not limited to, leading teams at FCS focused on sales and partner development. Chris holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Texas in Arlington. He lives in Las Colinas with his wife and son.
Jessica Marcum
Operations Coordinator
Jessica Marcum is Operations Coordinator at FCS. Prior to her current role, she provided fundamental support to C-Level executives in areas that include insurance, finance and wealth management. Since joining FCS in 2018, Jessica has been focused on client satisfaction and improving efficiency within the company. Jessica lives in Plano with her husband and three kids.
